Urban Node / Zoom in 1.
Experimental search for form. Urban planning concept for the renovation of the industrial zone of the city of Kazan, Russia. The concept has been created as the possible decision renovation and uses of the industrial, abandoned, forest, and residential areas which are extremely important for the city structure.

The concept has been created as the possible decision renovation and uses of the industrial, abandoned, forest, and residential areas which are extremely important for the city structure.
CONCEPT
There are 3 scales of the project. From zoom in 1 to 3 there are different approaches and concepts, starting from the big scale on the city level development to small extracted district and the residential area located in it.

DESCRIPTION
This area is located near the main river Volga which plays a significant role in an urban organization in work tern and natural zones. This project represents the new structure and functional features of this territory. Instead of industrial buildings to create green areas, forests, and natural observation, plants for cleaning and filtration of water, air, and ground. This filter will cause filtration culturally, in social relations, and intellectually. We change the direction of development of old and historical features, give a correct development vector in the consciousness of people, thereby filtering thoughts and attitudes, and outlooks. Saving the city we save ourselves, we give the fundamental base for a worthy and adorable future for children. Objects became the main centers with a certain deep history, such as thermal power plants. In more large-scale levels green areas define work activity, transport hubs, and calm areas.
