CONTEXT

In the complex residential area is a creation of interaction with nature, an active social environment, where society is a single family, united by common activities. In this regard, the city structure is being adjusted under the principles of safe people’s life, for their comfortable movement in the pedestrian and transport structures.

In the complex residential area is a creation of interaction with nature, an active social environment, where society is a single family, united by common activities. In this regard, the city structure is being adjusted under the principles of safe people’s life, for their comfortable movement in the pedestrian and transport structures.
CONCEPT
There are 3 scales of the project. From zoom in 1 to 3 there are different approaches and concepts, starting from the big scale on the city level development to small extracted district and the residential area located in it.

DESCRIPTION
Bicycles are instead of cars. Sun energy engines. The city is a living organism, an eternal movement with islands and recreations. The city grows vertically, forming a multi-storage, developing functions upward, intertwining, renew. Active green component inside and outside. This is a bio-farm with bio-fuel, and natural resources and this suburb becomes a productive city. A multi-level road system creates a grid that provides favorable and rapid junctions and free movement around the district avoiding traffic jams. Functions are dispersed throughout the territory, developing quiet green spaces. Residential areas are distributed in the same way punctually, wedging and unifying people by interests, forming a community. Here is the main idea for the commune long-term local waste-free production based on natural resources.
